This exhibition presents an eclectic body of wearable works and objects alongside drawings, poetry and essays, addressing themes such as the visualisation of human confinement within digital systems; the precariousness of self-exposure; the environmental vandalism of polyester jeweller’s wax; and the enduring childhood love of horses.

Artists Lea Durie and Janetta Kerr-Grant bring attention to the beauty of the landscapes they encounter though ceramics. Lea lives on Ngunnawal & Ngambri country, Canberra and Janetta lives in Naarm, Melbourne. While separated by geography, they found in each other’s work a shared way of looking and noticing and reflecting their surroundings.
